The territory of Kipra Village is inhabited from the early ancient time. Some of the first traces from human life here are dated to 3200 year before Christ.
Eastern direction from Kipra village has been placed settlement for this period and north eastern direction from the village is situated Thracian necropolis from the end of the Iron epoch. At 1941 at the foot of the eminence Djan bair treasure-hunters found uncovered some graves. They have been hollowed out at the rock like troughs and up overplayed with tile-stones. There have been placed clay vessels-urns, flush with the burned bones of the deceased humans. Unusual interest represent one of the urns. This vessel got one of the usual shapes for the Thracian tomb urns. Here is used but one rare theme of decoration – cross with broken shoulders, the so called swastika. The settlement from this period has been placed at southern direction, up on the tlted platform at the western area of the nowadays village. Later, during the first centuries after Christ, the Thracian settlement has been shifted at easter direction from the nowadays village. There, at the slope of the eminence during the first half of III century has been constructed sanctuary of the Thracian god – equestrain ( Heros ). Testimonial for this are that four consecrated reliefs, devoted to the Thracian god- equestrain.

At the beginning of I century the Thracians have been obedient by the mighty Rome empire. During the Rome epoch are spring up new migrations, there is process of building ways and strongholds. The territory of Kipra village is coming at the territory of the Roman and early byzantine town Marzianopole (Marcianopolis) ( founded at 106 year from emperor Marcus Ulpius Trajanius (98-117) dedicated to his victory over the Dacs duribg 101-102 and the next one 105-106.

Traces from the way Marcianopolis- Noviodunum (nowadays Isakcha, Romania), are found at south eastern direction from the village of Kipra, at the Futula area. There are discovered traces from traffic station. Near this way during 1943 was found traffic tige with Latin script. She is dedicated to the emperors Flavius Theodosius (379-395) and his son Flavius Arcadius (383- 408) and has been dated to the period between 383 and 393 year.
The territory of Kipra Village has been inhabited also at the early Middle ages. At 1958 at the Oreshaka area, western direction from the village has been found jar and earthen jug, destroyed at the studies of early Middle age dated pagan necropolis. For now the settlement, which might be this necropolis is not found. From the early Middle Ages are the three ceramic ovens, found at the excavations during 1982 at the village’s center. The bagger has totally destroyed the first one and damaged the front sides of the other two ovens. At the excavations has been fully destroyed also the ceramic workshop. The ovens are fully diged in the earth earthen terrain. They got equal construction- unicameral, round and hemispherical vault arch with dimensions- diameter of the basement 2,20-2,25m, height of the vault arch 1,20 m. At the bottom of the ovens there is preserved chimney channel with shape of square and walls 0,16/0,21m. The ovens have been used for a long period of time, That is proofed with repeatedly daubs which have been proceed many times at the places, where from the hight temperature the clay has been over burned. The ovens are abandoned without any baked vessels left there. At the clearance of the embankment has been found small fragments from early Middle age jugs, which are giving notion about the production, baked there. These finds belongs to that two, basically types of ceramic vessels, used at the Bulgarian country at the end of VIII and the beginning of IX century – jugs made by sandy clay and decoration from engraved lines and luxury vessels from glue purged clay and decoration of polished till brilliance of the surface and after that plotting of ornaments by shining stripes. The fragments of the vessels at the oven are equal with the jug and the pitcher, found at the closer proto Bulgarian necropolis at the Oreshaka area, which shows that they have been made at the open air workshop for ceramic. Vessels with similar shape and decoration are found also at the two heathen necropolis at the eastern industrial zone of Devnia town and at the Slavic necropolis near Razdelna village. That gives reason to be suggested that the ceramic production at one considerable area near the Middle Ages Devina has been made at the same ceramic workshop. The pagan early Bulgarian necropolis at Devnia and Razdelna are from the second half of VIII and the first half of IX century. The found at the ceramic ovens near Kipra fragments and vessels are typical for necropolis near Devnia and Razdelna, they can be referred to the same period.
At 1964 at process of plouging near the Kipra village, at north eastern direction from the Middle Age Devina (nowadays Devnia) has been found collective find of bronze Byzantium coins with general weight 9,9kg. The treasure contain 888 anonymous bronze coins ( diameter 27-34 mm and weight 8-21g., minted from the names of the Byzantium emperors John I Tzimisces (969-976), Basil II Bulgaroctonus (Bulgar-Slayer) and Constantine VIII(976-1025),Constantine VIII and Romanus III Argyropolus (1028-1034). The coins (placed at clay vessel) are concealed during the invasions of the Pechenegs from south of Donaube at 1032 ( or 1034y).
