Settlement dated to the ІV millеnium before Christ was found by archaeologists at excavations at the place Banunia near the village Bejanovo, Lovech municipality. These excavations are fully supported by the regional historical museum Lovech and are continuing for third year. At the autumn of 2005 was studied that placed at the highest platform hill, conglomerated by the Thracians. Then was found that it is elevated up on destructions of destroyed by blaze lodgings from the beginning of ІV millennium before Christ.
The excavations are giving much more at the archaeological season 2006, when are explored the southern and northern peripheries. To this period are dated finds of momentary houses from the middle of ІІ millennium before Christ, clay vessels, three stone axes, seven gads of arrows, made by flint. At the clearance of the over burnt destructions from the down residential skyline are revealed three ovens. One of them is with fully preserved millstone outfit (quern, grinder). It can be suggested that at the highest partition of the ledge have been situated two consecutively settlements from ІV millennium before Christ, near by 12-15 houses. It is fact that these are the best preserved houses from this period, examined at the territory of Bulgaria.
