The Bulgarian archaeologist Veselin Ignatov has found fully preserved Thracian chariot at meadow near the town of Nova Zagora. The last comparatively preserved chariots ever found in Bulgaria have been found at Building works the last century. At the most of these cases they’ve been damaged from the baggers or plunder by treasure hunters.
This find near Nova Zagora got large dating- the end of first century- the beginning of third century of the new era and embrace 3 horses – 2 in harness and one break in, two-wheeled carriage with soft hanging, endings from heavy bronze with eagle head’s shape and collapsible iron chair. The scientific team is presuming that at the continuous excavations will find many more objects. That explored till now artifacts are changing the imaginations for the order and peculiarity of the such kind Thracian funerals.
